Student Links
Welcome students! This is your Wellbeing Hub. Below are links to websites and apps that will help you with your wellbeing. Remember, if you need to talk to anyone, please see support services, your parents, family members, trusted friends or staff at school.

Self-esteem
Self-esteem is your opinion of yourself. People with healthy self-esteem like themselves and value their achievements. While everyone lacks confidence occasionally, people with low self-esteem feel unhappy or unsatisfied with themselves most of the time. Click the link below to boost your self-confidence.

Emotions
Some emotions are positive. Think of happiness, joy, interest, curiosity, excitement, gratitude, love, and contentment. These positive emotions feel good. Negative emotions — like sadness, anger, loneliness, jealousy, self-criticism, fear, or rejection — can be difficult, even painful at times. Click the link below to assist you in dealing with some of these negative emotions.
